About Us
Let us introduce ourselves: we are Zia Pizza, a close-knit young and predominantly female work team. We knead with passion and roll out our pizzas by hand, as tradition dictates. Excellent quality flours from Italian mills, a little brewer's yeast in addition to the dried wheat sourdough and many hours of maturation are our strengths, as well as an obsessive research and selection of raw materials, which we care about both seasonal, local and as much as possible from the Verona area and Lake Garda. All of this contributes to our commitment to be as sustainable as possible. We are waiting for you, it will be delicious!
